3. Action Upon Receiving Notices

Upon receiving a Counter-Notification, GadiJalsa.com will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a court action against the content provider, member, or user within ten (10) business days of receiving the Counter-Notification, we may reinstate the removed or disabled material.
4. Repeat Infringers
GadiJalsa.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
